First-time client special

The first-time client special starts at $399; the regular treatment price is $600. Pricing is confirmed at the time of your consultation and may be subject to availability and eligibility as a first-time client.

Submissions

By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to be contacted about your inquiry by email or phone as needed. Submitting the form does not create an appointment; a member of our team will follow up with you.

Submitting the form or providing a phone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS. SMS is sent only if you check the optional SMS consent checkbox.
